Eviction Notice

**Public Notice**

Dated December 4, 2008

Notice to Baby Buscho:

I am issuing 18 day notice for EVICTION (Eviction scheduled December 22, 2008 at 9:00 am). Baby Buscho will have 18 days in which they can either gather his/her belongings and promptly vacate the premises, or wait until the final day. After which, action will have to be taken to remove him/her from the property.

Baby Buscho is being evicted due to failure to comply with terms of contract and destruction of property. A 9 month lease was all that contract allows and application for extension has been denied. Additionally, expansions only to the FRONT of the property, within reasonable limits, were discussed. Not only have these limits been exceeded, but additions to the back of the property were also made!

Remodeling and gutting of the residence was never approved, nor was changing the initial layout and base structure. And due to property damage, there are now noticeable unapproved changes in both the upper AND lower levels of the home. On top of which, late night parties have been discovered and these are not allowed.

If Baby Buscho does not comply with the notice within 18 days, the result will be an immediate and forceful removal at Landlord’s discretion.

Landlord is encouraging all those notified of this eviction to make an estimate on the appearance of said offender or to attempt a prediction at which day and time tenant will vacate the property by visiting:
