Today it was really windy in Livermore so in the afternoon we took our kite to the park and Gianna loved it! This was actually the second time she flew a kite (the first was back in May of last year). We had a really great time and even the part where we got our kite stuck in a tree was fun (especially for Justin who enjoyed climbing the tree to 'help' get the kite out). Today reminded me of how "contagious" kite flying is: about a half hour after we got our kite up really high someone showed up with this really awesome pirate ship kite, then another person, then another. It was great to see all of the kites out there!Gianna loved the streamers the best.
